- Services:
- An IRC bot, such as an eggdrop, can perform a wide variety of channel tasks, including security
and user services. - A bouncer (or "BNC") is a connection proxy that runs on the remote shell to provide anonymity for
the user(s) connected through it by concealing that user's real IP. Further, the popular bouncers
psyBNC and ZNC can provide permanent IRC connections - that is, both psyBNC and ZNC
will remain on your IRC channels once you've disconnected your client. - An IRCd (IRC daemon) is the server software behind IRC networks. If you want to start an IRC
network, or expand an existing one, one of our IRCd packages may be just what you need.
Our UNIX Shell Accounts provide you with control-access to remote servers upon which
you can run your IRC bots, your BNC's, and your IRCd's.
